| Exchange Disseminated Time | BAG Films & Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Preferential issue of 15,000,000 (One Crore Fifty Lacs) Warrants convertible into Equity Shares at a later date, to M/s. Anu Films and Communications Pvt. Ltd, which is a Promoter Group Company of B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd subject to such regulatory or statutory approvals as may be necessary/ required by the Company and further approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. Calling of Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2009. |
