All the Members are further informed that, the remote e-voting shall commence on Sunday, 27th August, 2017 at 9.00 AM and shall end on Tuesday, 29th August, 2017 at 05.00 PM. The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. The Company shall also make available the facility for voting through ballot paper at the venue of AGM for those members who have not cast their vote by remote e-voting and attending the AGM. Any person, whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, 23rd August, 2017 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as voting at the AGM through ballot paper.
