| Exchange Disseminated Time | TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, in their meeting held July 29, 2014, in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2011 (ESOP Scheme 2011) have granted:
a) 45,000 Stock Options convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Company.
b) In partial modification to the letter dt. February 05, 2014, 2,00,000 Stock options convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the Managing Director. It may be noted that the Company has not yet formed the Employee Welfare Trust. |
