| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that consequent on the Original Director Mr. Norimichi Soga, Japan, attending the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 01, 2016, Dr.Keiji Suzuki who till then was alternating for the Original Director, has ipso-facto vacated office, as such Alternate Director.
Subsequently, as a residual item in the Agenda, the Board had, upon signification by the original Director, re-appointed Dr.Keiji Suzuki as an Alternate Director for Mr. Norimichi Soga, to hold office effective from February 02, 2016. |
