1. Mr. Suresh J. Patel has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 13, 2015.
2. Mr. Bhavin S. Patel has been re-appointed as Executive Director of the company w.e.f. May 13, 2015.
The Company will take confirmation/approval of members in forthcoming Annual General Meeting for said re-appointment and remuneration payable to them. |
