Notice is further given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of the Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 9th August, 2017 to Thursday, 10th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and other related purpose.
