Aye Ess Spinning Mills Private Limited and holds 99.99% of its paid up equity share capital. Accordingly, M/s. Aye Ess Spinning Mills Private Limited has become subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 18th November, 2017.
The details required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in Annexure 'A' attached to this letter.
However Company has proposed to create beneficial interest in remaining 0.01% holding of M/s. Aye Ess Spinning Mills Private Limited and thereby creating Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
