In accordance with the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 on auditor's rotation, the current Statutory Auditors, M/s Anil S. Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, hold office up to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting proposed to be held on August 21, 2017. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, has recommended to the shareholders for appointment of M/s V. Sachdeva & Associates, Chartered Accountants as new Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, at the ensuing AGM of the Company. |
