| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company vide the circular resolution September 19, 2013 approved the change in accounting year ending on September 30, 2013 by a period of 6 months i.e. upto March 31, 2014 pursuant to section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 and subsequently extension of holding of Annual General Meeting.
The Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, Maharashtra having granted approval for extension of accounting year vide their letter dated October 01, 2013 which was intimated to Stock Exchange on October 03, 2013. Further the Registrar of Companies (ROC) has also approved the extension of holding Annual General Meeting upto June 19, 2014.
Thus the current accounting year of the company will be for a period of 18 months from October 2012 to March 2014 with the approval of extension of accounting year and holding Annual General Meeting on or before June 19, 2013. |
