| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/10/2016 15:10:31 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
- Payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2.65 (Rupees two and sixty five paise) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 1 (Rupee one) each for the financial year ending March 31, 2017 and the same shall be paid to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the ‘Record date’ i.e. November 02, 2016 on or after November 05, 2016.
The Board meeting commenced at 10.00 am. and post the approval of the above, the meeting will continue till its scheduled time. |
