| Exchange Disseminated Time | Microsec Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement w/with the Stock Exchanges and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the Designated Employees defined in the code from November 01, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
