1. Shri Gururaj P. Kundargi, Chairman-Cum-Managing Director has ceased to be the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director on the Board of the Company on attaining the age of superannuation on August 31, 2016.
2. Shri Mukund P. Chaudhari, Director (Finance), has been appointed as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of the Company by the Government of India, Ministry of Steel, vide Order dated June 28, 2016, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge on or after September 01, 2016, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. |
