| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indiabulls Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2014-15.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, shall remain closed from July 12, 2014 to July 22, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of Board Meeting scheduled for July 21, 2014, for the aforesaid purposes. |
