| Exchange Disseminated Time | Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the Company was declared Sick Industrial Company on June 29, 2006 by the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and the ICICI Bank was appointed as Operating Agency (OA) u/s 17(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA) and asked to prepare a scheme of rehabilitation of the Company. Since then Company has worked with the said CA for preparation of a scheme for rehabilitation.
Further the Company has informed that Company has received an order dated April 23, 2010 from Bench Officer attached to Bench 2 of the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) with a copy of Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (DRS).
The short particulars of said DRS is circulated to all agencies listed therein for consent U/S 19 (2) read with Sec. 19 (1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
The date of final BIFR hearing is July 15, 2010. |
