| Exchange Disseminated Time | Muller & Phipps India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, re discussed the issue of changing of the Accounting Year and on reconsideration, has taken a decision to continue the accounting year as April - March and not to follow January - December which is being followed by the Holding Company viz. M/s. Developments Holdings Asia Ltd in view of peculiar position in India to maintain the accounts of April - March basis for Income Tax purpose.
Accordingly the Company will close its current accounts on March 31, 2007 and not on December 31, 2006 as informed earlier. |
