| Exchange Disseminated Time | Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 12, 2015, considered and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 140/- per share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to the Shareholders of the Company for financial year 2015, out of the profits and surplus carried forward from the financial year 2014. The Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2014, if any, will be recommended by the Board after the audited accounts for the financial year 2014 is considered and approved.
Further, the Board has approved January 20, 2015 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend and such Dividend will be paid on or after January 21, 2015.
