| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 14, 2015, inter alia, has recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 2.40 per Equity Share (120%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The equity dividend, If approved by the Members at its ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting. |
