| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 06, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 13, 2014.
The Company has entered into an agreement with the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to provide the facility of electronic voting to the Members to cast the vote on the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
The Company has fixed July 04, 2014 as the cut-off date (Record Date) to record the entitlement of the Members to cast the vote by electronic means.
The electronic voting period commences on August 06, 2014 at 9 a.m. and ends on August 08, 2014 at 6 p.m. |
