2. The Board took the note of resignation of Mr. Nikuunj Kanodia from his directorship of the Company w.e.f April 18, 2016 and acknowledges his valuable contribution to the Board.
3. The Board took the note of resignation of Ms Poonam Dalmia, Company Secretary w.e.f April 23, 2016 due to pre- occupation and acknowledges her guidance to the Board. |
