| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank has approved by circulation on March 01, 2014 (item no. D-102) to offer, issue, and allot 5,96,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 29/- per Equity Share aggregating to an amount of Rs. 232,63,50,000/- through preferential allotment, as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
To take necessary approval from the share holders, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Bank is scheduled to be held on March 29, 2014 at 11.00 AM at Vadakke Samooham, Kalyanamandapam, Thrissur - 680 001. |
