Further, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company in accordance with the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 6 of ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider’ with effect from February 05, 2016 to February 14, 2016.
