| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, have noted that the offices of Mr. Akber Moawalla and Mr. Ahmad Mohammad Dabbous, Alternate Directors to Mr. Saleh Mohammad Bin Laden and Mr. El Mouhtaz El Sawaf respectively have been vacated, on February 11, 2015 when Mr. Saleh Bin Laden and Mr. Sawaf attended the Board Meeting in India.
Further, the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on February 11, 201 5 has re-appointed Mr. Moawalla and Mr. Dabbous as Alternate Directors to Mr. Saleh Bin Laden and Mr. El Mouhtaz El Sawaf with effect from February 12, 2015. |
