| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 13, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Sudarsan Varadaraj & Mr. Vijay Venkataswamy, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointed M/s Reddy, Goud and Janardhan, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
