| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Financial Chronicle on March 24, 2015 titled "HDIL to raise rs.750 cr by selling non-core assets"
Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd replied stating "at present the Company has not entered into any agreements or finalized such transactions. The Company will update the Stock Exchanges with any further developments in the said matter.
As such, since, the Company is carrying business of real estate and hence buying and selling of land are integral part of its day to day business activities." |
