(i) to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year/4th quarter ended March 31, 2016 ; and
(ii) to approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall be closed from 6.00 p.m. on May 19, 2016 and would end after 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results. |
