| Exchange Disseminated Time | Polytex India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 in accordance with the provisions of clause 41 of the listing agreement.
Further, in view of foregoing and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window will be closed for the period from August 03, 2015 till 48 hours after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchange. |
