| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/10/2016 17:47:00 | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 27, 2016 regarding Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016 (Q2), Emami Ltd has now informed BSE that there has been following typographical errors in the financial results submitted by the Company:
1. Under Consolidated section for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, in "line item 19 under Total Comprehensive Income" the figure will be Rs. 6,462 lacs instead of Rs. 13,581 lacs.
2. Under Consolidated section for the half year ended September 30, 2015, in "line item 19 under Total Comprehensive Income" the figure will be Rs. 14,869 lacs instead of Rs. 24,237 lacs.
The Company has resubmitted to BSE the financial results after incorporating the above changes. |
