(“GE Albany” or “PAC 2” and, together with PAC 1 the “PAC”), in their capacity as persons acting in concert with the Acquirer has informed this detailed public statement (“DPS”) to the Equity Shareholders of Alstom T & D India Ltd ("Target Company"), in compliance with Regulations 3(1), 4 and 5(1) read with Regulations 13(4) and 15(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, pursuant to the public announcement (“PA”) filed with BSE Limited (“BSE”), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) and Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (“CSE”) on May 05, 2014, in terms of Regulations 3(1), 4 and 5(1) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The PA was filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) and sent to the Target Company at its registered office by way of the letter dated May 5, 2014, in terms of Regulation 14(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations. |
