| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/02/2017 16:32:01 | | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 16, 2017 in respect of acquisition of Keystone Business Solutions Private Limited ('Keystone'), TeamLease Services Ltd has now informed BSE that as on January 31, 2017 all the conditions precedent to closing have been fulfilled and the Control of Keystone has been transferred to the Company's wholly owned subsidiary i.e. TeamLease Staffing Services Private Limited with effect from February 01, 2017. Pursuant to this, Keystone becomes the Company's stepdown wholly owned subsidiary. |
