| Exchange Disseminated Time | MSP Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review of the Company for second quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, the trading window for trading in Company’s securities shall be closed from February 03, 2015 till 24 hours (both days inclusive) after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2014 and its submission to the Stock Exchanges for a the designated employees as defined under "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading". |
