to inter-alia consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter / Nine Months ended December 31, 2015.
In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from January 15, 2016 till 48 hours after results are made public on January 27, 2016, for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company. |
