The Company has made application with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh & Telangana has approved the name change of the Company from "Sujana Towers Limited" to "Neueon Towers Limited" with effect from October 04, 2016. |
