| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 06, 2015, Satra Properties India Ltd has now informed BSE that
the complainants have agreed to withdraw all their complaints and allegations against the Company, its directors and its officers. The parties to avoid any further litigation, have mutually agreed to settle the matter amicably in lieu of a lump sum compensation of Rs. 6.91 Crs.
Save and except, the payment of the above mentioned lump sum compensation, there is no other financial implications on the Company, its projects and / or any of its directors and officers. |
