With reference to the earlier letter dated February 29, 2016, wherein the Committee of Directors (Funding) had approved issuance of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis upto Rs. 1,000 crores in one or more tranches under the Shelf Disclosure Document dated February 29, 2016, Piramal Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that at the Meeting of Administrative Committee held on July 18, 2016, the Committee approved the allotment of 1,500 Secured Redeemable NCD’s, having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 150 Crores under Tranche IV of the above referred Shell' Disclosure Document.
