Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Vinubhai L Kanani & Mr. Premjibhai D Kanani ("Acquirers") has issued this Post Offer Public Announcement, to the shareholders of IMP Finance Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated April 12, 2007 and Corrigendum to PA dated May 28, 2007, pursuant to Securities & Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations 1997 and subsequent amendments thereof, to acquire up to 49,800 fully paid up equity / voting share capital representing 20% of the equity / voting share capital of the Target Company at offer price of Rs 17/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/- each payable in cash ("Offer").
