| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2017 17:21:58 | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on February 07, 2017, to consider and take on record the reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3).
Further, as per PNB Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from January 27, 2017 to February 08, 2017 (both dates inclusive) for Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank. |
