| Exchange Disseminated Time | Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed for the period May 18, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
