| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2016 17:25:16 | Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 03, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16.
A meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders dated May 15, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Directors/Employees including Designated Employees from January 26, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16. |
