Chowdhary as an Independent Director to the Members for approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
It shall be mentioned here that he qualifies to be an independent Director as defined in Regulation 16 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
