| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Dr. Ajay Dua has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. October 19, 2012.
2. The Board of directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Jaggi as the Managing Director and Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Rajeev Piramal, Executive Vice Chairman of the Company has taken over the additional responsibilities or Managing Director of the Company and has been re-designated as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
4. Mr. Pradeep Pasari has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. N. Gangadharan: General Manager - Accounts and Finance has been designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company. |
