| Exchange Disseminated Time | PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for FY 2015-16.
Further, that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 11, 2016 to May 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement / declaration of such results by the Company. |
