| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/12/2015 19:26:20 | GIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 29, 2015, the following resolution was passed:
"Resolved that in response to an offer received by the Company to acquire stake in the paid up Equity Share Capital of LIC Nomura Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd. and LIC Nomura Mutual Fund Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. from Nomura Asset Management Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd., the Board of Directors hereby approve of the proposal to acquire upto 16% in the paid up Equity Share Capital of LIC Nomura Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd. for a consideration not exceeding Rs.2268 lacs and upto 16% in the paid up Equity Share Capital of LIC Nomura Mutual Fund Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. for a consideration not exceeding Rs.1.26 lacs." |
