1. Allotment of 31,07,500 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rs. 100/- each, convertible into 27,25,877 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 114/- per Equity Share and
2. Allotment of 2,50,000 Warrants, convertible into equal number of Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 114/- per Equity Share. |
