We wish to inform you that approval of shareholders is being sought through postal ballot for authorising the Board of Directors (the Board) to issue Securities, for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 650 Crore (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Crore Only), as stated at length in the Postal Ballot Notice.
