| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alkem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 20, 2015 approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Un-Published Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ("Insider Trading Code").
Further the Company has informed that, in terms of the Insider Trading Code, the trading window will remain closed from December 30, 2015 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2015 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges. |
