| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
- Consideration and approval the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and giving authority for publishing the same.
Further, as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from May 22, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window will be opened from May 29, 2015. |
