| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 & Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. Payment of Dividend of 60% i.e. Rs 6/- per Share on Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Ms. Jyoti R Doshi & Mr. Rajendra M Gandhi, as Directors of the Company, retiring by rotation was eligible for reappointment.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. K S Aiyar & Co., Statutory Auditors for the financial year
