Further, the Trading Window, as defined in the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from October 24, 2015 to November 02, 2015 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015.
