- Issue of Convertible Warrants on preferential Basis.
The duly completed Postal ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours i.e. 6:00 pm. on March 02, 2012. The Scrutinizer will submit the report to the Chairman of the Company after completion of scrutiny of the Postal Ballot Forms. The result of the Postal Ballot will be announced by Mr. Shital Kumar Jain, Director and in his absence, Mr. R.
