| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd . has informed BSE that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 12, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2010, Profit and Loss account and the Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date and the report of the directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri V. Mahadevan & Sri N. Asoka, as the Directors of the Company, retires by rotation.
3. Re- appointment of M/s. M.S. Krishnaswami & Rajan, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & Conditions. |
